Solar assessment is for real estate listing agents who need to transfer a lease or power purchase agreement to a new buyer and they would like the process explained to them and/or would like the description of the existing solar to be a value add to their listing. I could also be for any homeowner. Who’s curious about the solar system that they have on their house after acquiring it in a recent sale.

 This assessment provides a 2 to 3 page description of the savings that the home experiences and the future savings going forward. It gives a description of the hardware and the maintenance and monitoring and warranties that exist. It provides recommendations for the future, and it gives the buyer a clear understanding of what the Solar adds in terms of savings and protection and whole home battery back up for the future.
